Preface

Your own mind has almost unlimited power to create and to heal — this is now proven, beyond all doubt. The latest research into quantum physics, astrophysics, cellular biology, DNA, the brain, the heart, and the mind… along with the wisdom of ancient spiritual scriptures and the personal experiences of many people around the world, all point to a simple fact that your mind creates your world. Change your mind and you will change your world. Down deep inside, you know this is true.

 

In essence, a vision held in your mind (as imagination), empowered by your (loving or fearful) emotions, focuses your intent (your desire) into your heart. Your physical heart then radiates your "vision" out into the quantum Field of All Possibilities as an electromagnetic wave of feeling, which is reflected back to you as your experience. You create a world of feeling around you then your senses tell you it is real. And, your imagined "world" affects everyone and everything. This is now confirmed by science, beyond all doubt.

 

The Masters all agree — the physical world you see "out there" is but a dream. This dream can show you only your projections — the mere surface of things — never the depth. No matter how deep our senses go into the physical world, we see only unfolding layers, surfaces, forms… never the essence or the source or the meaning. The essence of any "thing" comes from a higher dimension of feeling. Thus, the world you see outside you has been stripped of the higher dimensions; dimensions only accessible by looking within.

 

If you are not aware that you are always projecting your physical world — and how you are doing it — you will fall victim to fear, disease, stress, and unhappiness… because you will believe your mind-creations are absolute — that they are actually creating you — and thus you will reverse the natural order of things and be an unconscious victim instead of a conscious creator. You will not be able to use the Mind’s Higher Power to heal if you do not recognize where it is or how to access it.

 

1iZen will help you open a conscious doorway to Universal Power, the Power that comes from a higher, non-physical dimension — the inner dimension of Absolute Stillness.

Tapping the Source

Human evolution is quickly moving us all toward the time when we will use our minds alone to consciously create and to heal and to manifest our desires (as a few individuals on this planet already do). Until then, we are still learning how to create and heal through the use of tools and medicines and manual labor.

 

You are already using the Higher Power of creation, though you are probably doing it mostly unconsciously. The unconscious use of Power is ultimately destructive to your health however, because your unconscious mind still holds many negative and self destructive beliefs. Your Higher Power will manifest whatever you ask of it — consciously or unconsciously, good or not-so-good. You have fee will.

 

Yet, consciously or unconsciously, when you put your belief and intention into things outside yourself (such as money, herbs, supplements, medications, surgery, rituals…), you channel power from the One Mind to them — otherwise they could not have any effect on you. Your beliefs and intentions are templates for manifesting but they can only channel the all-pervasive Power of the Universe — they have no power of their own.

 

The good news is that you can choose to believe anything you want to believe, and you can be a source of miracles, thus channeling the Healing Power as you will. It requires that you become conscious, however. Consciousness gives you the ability to choose, and thus the ability to create. When you are unconscious, you simply repeat old unhealthy patterns because you have no choice — you think you are a victim of circumstances, powerless, and in peril.

 

Until we realize that we can access the Universal Power to manifest everything we want and need from thin air, we must learn to use the limited personal power that is available to us (the power of our willingness) and get good at using it. This limited power that we can now use is already enough to create miracles however, because our little willingness is joined by a much greater Power, when we align with It. When you begin to align with the true Source of Power (the One Mind), and begin to manifest things consciously, your personal power will grow quickly because you will believe it even more as you see the miracles that are produced through you. Each small step reinforces your belief and your conviction — and that is very empowering to you.

 

How to align with Universal Power, and to channel that Power into manifestation… that is what 1iZen is all about. It is actually a natural process and is easy to do. Doing it consciously, skillfully, and with mastery however… that takes just a little willingness to change your mind about the nature of reality. It could take a lifetime to master the many possibilities, but you can easily begin to use it, even now. It is far easier than being a victim of circumstances.

1iZen In a Symbol…

When I was given the symbol, I only received a single sentence of instruction on how to use it. At first this was frustrating because I wanted the full set of written instructions. But as I began to experiment with it, I realized that I had received all I needed, because learning to use the symbol can only come from hands-on experience — not from words. Like all symbols, 1iZen is a code that must be deciphered, and it is in the process of unraveling it's meaning that you experience that which cannot be written or spoken. Once you unlock this code however, many other "codes" (and mysteries) will reveal themselves to you.

 

This symbol is both a key and a doorway — you must "turn" the key, and pass through the "doorway" to experience the hidden gifts within. Reading and understanding alone will not bring you the Power; only experience can do that. It is only through your own experience and patient application of the information that comes to you, by using the symbol, that you will gain any lasting understanding or mastery.

 

The only instruction I received was: “Focus on the center.” Here is the symbol:

When I was being trained to use this symbol, I was presented with a series of increasingly tense and fearful situations in which something “bad” was about to happen. I was instructed to envision the symbol floating over the situation, and focus on the center. As I did so, the situation would calm down. I saw this happen over and over again until I learned to trust that somehow, simply focusing on the center of the symbol would bring peace to tense situations. Yes, I know it sounds weird and illogical. How can it possibly work? But it does work for me, consistently, because it communicates my intent to the Mind and it communicates the Mind’s Power back to me. It is mystical, yet very logical and practical once you realize a few fundamentals.

 

As I practiced using the symbol, it began to reveal itself in many ways; it was teaching me what it actually is and how to use it — and it will do the same for you. I learned that it has many other uses, that it explains many mysteries, and that it has a unique ability to turn thoughts into things. It is a gateway to the One Mind, and when I open that gateway, Presence flows through to me from the other side. But, I also found that I can send messages through the gateway to ‘The Presence” on the other side. In this way there is a connection through which energy and communication can flow, through the symbol, back and forth. There are many meanings and keys and forms of esoteric knowledge contained within it.

Laying The Foundation…

Your unconscious mind is far more powerful than your conscious mind — a very well-known scientific fact. This is why will power alone never accomplishes much — if your sub-conscious mind does not support what your conscious mind is trying to accomplish… then it simply will not happen for you. The big question then is: how do you get your sub-conscious mind to cooperate with your conscious mind, and support what you are trying to achieve? This is the key to all health, wealth, and happiness — aligning your split conscious and sub-conscious minds, into a single, unified, Mind.

 

Without internal alignment, you are actually at war with yourself; one part of you wants one thing and the other part wants just the opposite. You go in circles as one part of your mind, and then the other, takes control — and you waste your precious life energy accomplishing nothing. The result is illness, poverty, suffering, and unhappiness — you do not have enough life energy remaining to create what you want and need. All war in the world “out there” is just a reflection of the collective mind-war inside us all. The only way to bring peace and healing to this world, is to end the war in your own mind first.

 

Spiritual teachings throughout the ages have all pointed to this as the ultimate state of being — to be One with your Self. From this state of being (which is perfectly aligned with all of Life), health, wealth, peace, and happiness naturally flow to you, and through you, because that is the natural state of the Universe. It is only when you function un-naturally, that the Universal Power is blocked. When you bemoan the past or worry about the future, you are living un-naturally; you are living in a bad dream — because there is no past and no future; there is only this present moment, always.

It Requires No-Time

What keeps this natural Universal Power of Life itself from flowing through you, answering all of your questions, and healing you of all pain and illnesses? It is your belief in time. You continuously spread yourself thin across the past and the future, yet The Power can only meet you here and now. The Power is here now — you are somewhere else.

 

Time seems so obvious to us; it is never questioned; it is assumed to be absolute because our senses continuously report back to us a world that is made of separation — which is dependent on time. But if you could stop believing in time for just one moment, you would become immediately and intensely present. In your Presence, in the state of no-time, you naturally connect with the Absolute Stillness of the Mind of the Universe — which is always here, now, and nowhere else. This Universal Mind, then becomes one with your mind, in a kind of resonance through which healing Life and Light and Power can flow. This is the power to create and to manifest and to heal.

Overview of the 1iZen Method…

To manifest health, wealth, happiness, or any loving intent:

Begin from Love

Always begin from Love. Love is feeling — a verb. It is the action of feeling. It is not a thought or a concept.

 

Perhaps the only absolutely true statement that anyone can ever say, the statement that contains no contradictions, ambiguities, or hidden agendas is: “I love you.” This statement is always wholly true, and recognizing the truth releases enormous energy. It is true because your source is Love Itself, the One Mind, and therefore you are nothing but Love, unified and whole. Your thoughts and your emotions may seem to contradict this — but you can always feel it.

 

All contradictions to Love are simply perceptual mistakes. If you say, “I hate you,” or, “I do not trust you,” or “I fear you…” to anyone, you are not speaking the absolute truth. Down deep, at the core of your essence, in your center, Love is all there is and this Love simply extends Itself. It is only your own ignorant fear, guilt, pain, past-based beliefs, and future-based worries that prevent you from seeing this. In the present moment of now, you will see that “I Love you” is always a true statement, whenever you say it. And when you align with this truth, Power can more easily flow through you — it is the Power of Love Itself, the only Power there is.

 

When you begin any act from a feeling of love, you create sacred space in which miracles can happen.

 

That which begins from Love will end in Love (and success).

Forgive Yourself and Others

Forgiveness sets your energy free. Feel it, deeply.

 

Guilt and fear keep you stuck in time, keep you from being fully present, and thus prevent Universal Power from flowing through you. You feel unworthy, you feel angry, you feel judged, you feel ashamed, you feel all kinds of negative emotions… all caused by your belief that you are somehow separate from Love and Life. You erroneously believe that you (or others) have done something that could separate you from yourself.

 

When you live in the past or the future, in a sense, you are separate from Life and Love (in your mind). Though in reality you are always present, always connected to your whole self — how could it be otherwise? Forgiveness sets you free, to be here now, because all of your judgments and grievances and anger… are all based on the past — things that seem to be absolute, unchangeable. But there is no past except in your own mind.  Forgiveness is thus a change of mind, a change of focus, a change of attitude.

 

Forgiveness is a powerful tool for being here now — you cannot be present in your life when you feel guilty. To connect with the Power of Love, you must first love yourself, and forgive yourself. It’s not as difficult as you may think. All your past grievances about all the people that "did you wrong," and all your guilt about the "bad " things you have done, are nothing but ideas in your mind — ideas that drain your energy, pull you from the present moment, and make you sick. You may think your grievances and guilt are based on fact, that they are justified, and that you are justified in your righteous punishment.

 

In truth, the absolute truth, your grievances are all imagined, and you can prove this by a simple act of forgiveness, which changes them into blessings instead. Because you can change grievances to blessings, you can prove that they are not absolute and then they lose their power to harm you. Thus your grievances, and your guilt, are only as real as you choose for them to be — this choice comes from your consciousness, and consciousness results from this choice.

 

Begin in Love, forgive yourself and others — and your Life energy will return.

Become Intensely Present

Stop, look, listen, feel… This is not an act of will, but of surrender.

 

Simply observe everything as it is. Observe your mind, observe your physical activity, observe everything — do not do, or not-do, anything, for just one moment. In the not-doing, your breathing will happen on its own — just watch it. Your thoughts will continue on their own — just watch them. You body will feel more alive — just feel it. Your heart keeps on beating… You are doing nothing, yet everything continues.

 

Simply tell yourself to neither do, nor not-do anything. Just be; do not hold back, do not move forward, just be. All it takes is a moment of pure being, in the timeless moment of now. This is the essence of meditation.

 

Zen is the heart of meditation — a state of non-doing awareness, where things happen naturally. This does not mean that you do nothing — this is still a form of doing. To do something, or to do nothing, is still "doing." In the 1iZen state of being, your hand will reach for the coffee cup, and bring it to your mouth, just as before… but with a significant difference — now you are not doing it as an act of ego-based will; you surrender to the present moment and the action happens by itself, perfectly. This is not an act of will, but of surrender.

 

That which acts through you when you surrender is the Self, your Higher Will — some call it the will of God. When you are unconscious, it is your ego-will that seems to act, and thus you suffer the consequences and take credit for the results. One action is for the good of all Life, and the other is good for no one. One action affirms Life, the other denies it. Though both forms of action may appear the same to an observer, they are fundamentally different in essence. Surrendering to your Higher Self takes great courage, and the ego will fight against it in fear of losing control. But, this surrender brings enormous benefits… with surrender to the Higher Self, there is no longer any need for fear, guilt, worry, or judgment. You are free, for as long as you remember that you are not the doer.

 

When you are intensely present, you realize that you were never actually doing anything — you were deluded into believing that you were the doer. What you realize is that Life moves through you; Life and Love is the only doer. You have been taking credit, and feeling guilty, for actions you can neither inhibit nor enhance. Realizing this is true freedom, if even for a moment. Only in dreams of separation can you be a doer, because in reality there is only the Oneness, expressing Itself through your form.

 

You must become very present to coax the Universal Power into transitioning from where it is to where you want it to be. Unless you become very present, you cannot see where the Power is, and you will not know where you really want it to go. You cannot channel the Power of Presence unless you become present with it; then the Power cannot but flow through you when you become one with it. You cannot make it happen, but you can allow it.

 

Begin in Love, forgive yourself and others, become intensely present — and the Universe will begin to flow through you.

Align With Absolute Stillness

The Presence of the One Mind is absolutely still.

 

Use the symbol (|), focus on the center, and realize that the One Mind of the Universe is absolutely still, silent, completely aware, filled with all possibilities. It is this unmoving background of consciousness from which all power and form arises. When you become absolutely still, you align — and thus you resonate — with Absolute Stillness. Through this resonance, the Power of Absolute Stillness can pass through the symbol to you, and your intent can pass through the symbol into Absolute Stillness. By focusing on the center, the tension of your mind — represented as ( ) — relaxes back to its origin |, in the center. In this manner the symbol represents the release of tension; it is your surrender to the Divine; it is communion; it is joining, in love.

 

When you become absolutely still, completely surrendered, without doing (or not-doing) anything, you become like the One Mind. When you become like the Mind, you are in resonance with the Mind. Through resonance, communication happens, back and forth. Your little, individual mind then becomes one with the One Mind. The One Mind then amplifies and reflects your little mind — your intention is empowered. You might say that your will and God's will become one, because you entered Absolute Stillness with a loving intention.

 

Begin in Love, forgive yourself and others, become intensely present, align with Absolute Stillness — and the communication channel will open.

Speak Your Truth, With All Your Senses

Your word has the power to create — it is what you feel, not what you think.

 

In the state of Intense Presence, your word has immense power. The whole Universe will hear you when you speak with feeling, and this includes your subconscious mind. Thus, your conscious intent, manifested into form through your word, enters your whole mind — conscious and subconscious, local and Universal, spiritual, physical, emotional… everything will hear your word when you speak from Intense Presence.

 

This is a powerful act of intention and should not be done lightly — your word creates. Choose your words carefully and wisely. But realize… your “word” is not just the sounds you make with your mouth or in your mind, it is also the pictures, feelings, tastes, smells, and intuitions you hold in your mind. So, “speak” with all your senses, and you will be heard, absolutely.

 

When you are unconscious, your words are often negative, meaningless, contradictory, and lifeless. Thus, they have no power to create; they simply drain your energy. Your truth, however, can only be spoken from a place of consciousness — the place of Absolute Stillness within you.

 

The Universe only understands the language of "now." Thus, when you ask to receive something you want, what the Universe hears you say is: "Now it is not real." The Universe cannot hear the other part, the part about you wanting it to be real in the future. There is no future, and no fulfillment can happen there. The Universe always responds to your words by giving what you ask — thus, what you get is: "Now it is not real."

 

How do you ask for something in the Universe's language? You don't. Instead, you give thanks that the object of your desire is already real to you. You cannot simply pretend that your desire is real, and then give fake thanks, to deceive the Universe. You are the Universe; you cannot deceive yourself. And, you cannot simply give yourself the object of your desire, or you would have already done so.

 

What you can do though, is give yourself the feeling you would have if the object of your desire was yours. This is actually what you want anyway — the feeling; you never want the thing but the experience it gives you, which is always an internal experience. With a little practice, you can actually give yourself the experience of having your desires met, without ever having the actual object of your desire in physical reality. It is much more than a mind trick.

 

So, give yourself the experience of having your desire met, in your mind and in your heart, and give thanks for that feeling. This communicates to the Universe that "This is real now." And the Universe agrees. Thus you will see it, out there, in the world. Your vision, made manifest as your word, creates the template through which Divine Energy flows.

 

You will find it is a lot easier to manifest things for other people than it is for yourself. You can actually give yourself he feelings you want without having the object, but you often need to manifest objects when you want to give those same feelings to others. If you really want to make things happen, make them happen for others, and then you get them too.

 

Begin in Love, forgive yourself and others, become intensely present, align with Absolute Stillness, speak your truth — and your words will carry the Power of Creation.

Listen for the Truth, With All Your Senses

Guidance from Absolute Stillness is a silent feeling.

 

Not only can you communicate through the symbol to the Presence of Absolute Stillness on the “other side,” you can also receive communication back. It usually comes in pictures and feelings and synchronicities. So, listen with all of your senses to whatever you get when you become Intensely Present. Trust in what you receive. The messages come from your Higher Self. You are always getting these messages, but until you become absolutely still you cannot “hear” them above the “noise” in your mind.

 

The messages you receive carry with them the Power to bring them into reality. If you are not ready to act on what you receive, don't ask. Frivolous use of this Power will only cause you distress, and the Power will no longer be available to you.

 

Begin in Love, forgive yourself and others, become intensely present, align with Absolute Stillness, speak your truth, listen for Truth — and you will hear that which words cannot speak.

Take 100% Responsibility

Taking responsibility for your life makes you a creator — until then you are a victim.

 

Nothing will happen to you or through you without your consent — you are never actually a victim. The Power of Life and Love and Light cannot heal you, (or others, through you), if you do not allow it. Though you do not control the Power, it is given to you the instant you make way for it. Realize that you have a choice — love or fear.

 

You allow Power to flow through you when you take charge and stop being guilty, unworthy, and ashamed of yourself. You do this through real forgiveness. You forgive by seeing the truth that no matter what has happened, it was always a gift of Love, though it may have appeared to be an attack at the time. Forgive because there is only Love, and you know it, because that is what you really want. Anything but love is a mistake.

 

Take responsibility by simply and absolutely forgiving yourself and everyone else — because you can. Let go of all that is in the way of Love — because the Power of Healing and of Creation is Love Itself. Your fear in any form simply will not allow the Power to flow freely. Only you can let go of your fear — do it because it will make you happy. The symbol (|) will help.

 

When you ask for anything — an answer, a healing of yourself or others, wealth, love, peace… — you must be prepared to accept the responsibility that the response requires. Otherwise, you are not really asking; you are just kidding yourself. Unless you take full responsibility for manifesting the result of your desire, it cannot be given to you.

 

Begin in Love, forgive yourself and others, become intensely present, align with Absolute Stillness, speak your truth, listen for Truth, take full responsibility for creating what you desire — and the Universe will manifest whatever you ask.

Live in Gratitude

Gratitude is the secret — and gratitude is a feeling, not a "thinking."

 

Give thanks for the healing and the things you desire, as though they are already present in your life. Because, if it has happened in your mind, it is real. Even if you do not yet see the healing, give thanks for it. Even if you see no change at all… give thanks, and simply know that your desire is already fulfilled.

 

You will keep your desire from happening if you continue to question its reality. Do not doubt that your desire is already real — this empowers it to be so. Gratitude is not passive — it is a powerful act of trust, and faith, and manifestation.

 

The secret of prayer is to give thanks for that which you desire, and to let go of the desire. You must let go of your desire or you will continue to reaffirm that you do not have it. This is a paradox, one you need to fully understand.

 

Desire what you want, desire it intensely and passionately, and then let it go, with gratitude, into the Absolute Stillness where it becomes the seed of manifestation. If you truly let it go, it will truly return to you; your gratitude makes it so.

 

Begin in Love, forgive yourself and others, become intensely present, align with Absolute Stillness, speak your truth, listen for Truth, take full responsibility for creating what you desire, and live in gratitude — you are always receiving exactly what you give.

Share Your Knowledge with Others

You learn what you teach, and you keep what you give away; this is a universal principle.

 

If you want true healing then you must be willing to heal others. Healing flows through you, and you are healed as it passes through. The more you give it away, the more it flows, the more you are healed. If you want true wealth, help others be wealthy. If you want peace, be peaceful.

 

When you understand how he One Mind works, you see that you are always, only, giving to yourself. If you don’t give, you don’t receive. This is a secret that almost no one sees, yet it is so obvious when you look. And, when you try to “steal” anything from others, you always lose the very thing you want. And, to be very clear about it, you can only have what you are.

 

In a very real sense, you will not know the Power of the Universe until it begins to work through you — until then it is only another empty belief. But, paradoxically, to have this Power, you must become this Power. To become It, you must do as It does — you must become the Presence of Unconditional Love, because that is what the Power is. Unconditional Love is true Power, and it just gives, unconditionally — so must you if you want this Power to be yours. Give this Power to others, without restrictions, so you can keep it for yourself.

 

What will you teach and give away, what is it that you really want? Very simply it is this: Love is the answer to all questions, and fear is always a mistake. Teach it by being it.

 

Begin in Love, forgive yourself and others, become intensely present, align with Absolute Stillness, speak your truth, listen for Truth, take full responsibility for creating what you desire, live in gratitude, give of yourself unconditionally — and then you always have exactly what you need, just when you need it.

What Do You Do?

Here you put 1iZen into action so you can see if it holds any value, and then only can you trust it…

 

These steps are very simple and there is no ambiguity about their meaning. Nothing is hidden here. The success of each step is wholly dependent on achieving success in the previous step. This cannot be otherwise, so don't deceive yourself into thinking you can cheat this system. If you want the prize at the end, you must fully complete each step — or you will not be able to recognize that you do indeed already have what you want.

 

0. You have a desire to achieve something. This desire is a form of tension that seeks to be "relaxed." You have an itch, and you want to scratch. You are motivated. Until now, there was no possibility of success, because you created no definition of success. We can begin now because you know what you want.

 

Be very clear about what you want.

 

1. Begin from Love. Before all else, take a moment to acknowledge your love for yourself, other people, and all of Life. This is a feeling, not a thought. It is a state of being, not a story. Don't take another step until you feel this love flowing out of you, and flowing back into you. Create sacred space. If you do this step very well, you probably won't need to go any further.

 

Connect, in your heart, with the Divine, with Love Itself.

 

2. Forgive. Forgive everything. Forgive everyone. Forgive yourself. It opens a channel and allows Divine energy to flow through you. If you really felt the Love in Step 1, you want nothing more than to set Love free from your judgments. If you cannot forgive, go back to Step 1. It might help to ask yourself: "If I do not forgive, will I accept anything but punishment?"

 

Let go of all judgment so Divine Energy can flow through you.

 

From here we begin to move at Light speed, because we no longer carry the heavy inertia of guilt.

 

3. Get present. We are beginning an act of power now. You will need to gather great Power in order to accomplish your goal — your itch is a mighty itch, or you would not be here. Feel your itch, get present with your itch, love your itch… only then will you know what power you need in order to satisfy it. In this present moment let there be no other goal but one; no other purpose, no other intent, no other action. Only from presence can you seek, and find, Power — because the Power is only here now.

 

Focus on this moment only.

 

4. Become Absolutely Still. You want real Power, and that can be channeled only into this preset moment; all other "power" is imaginary and ineffective; all else is past or future power. Real power happens now; you must be here now to find it and channel it. But this Power is unique; this power is Absolutely Still. If you want to find it, you too must become absolutely still.

 

In the deep Stillness, you and the Power become One, and thus you resonate, back and forth. You are now "singing" in the same musical key as your Higher Power (though you are probably a few octaves lower in frequency).

 

To become absolutely still, simply focus on the center (|), and relax. It helps to imagine the bent lines ( ) as a musical note or vibration. And this sound vibration is like a plucked string | that slowly diminishes in volume, as the ( ) relaxes into |. It is sound diminishing into silence, movement slowing to rest, time stopping into eternity, space collapsing into a series of black holes: |. Some refer to this as the "Holy Instant."

 

Through resonance and harmony, symbolized by (|), your word and Divine Energy pass through the symbol, back and forth.

 

Be still and the Divine will hear you; be still and feel the Divine answer.

 

5. Speak Your Truth. The channel is open now, the Universe is listening; but you must speak in a language the Universe can understand — the language of Now. Speak what you want as if it is already real, speak from gratitude.

 

"Thank you Great Spirit for fulfilling all my desires. (|)"

 

6. Listen for Truth. You have said "The object of my desire is real because I feel it's presence." And the Universe replies "Yes, it is real." But the Universe does not speak in mere "words." When the Universe speaks, things may appear in form or feeling. Listen closely, to "hear" your answers in silence and in Light, form and feeling.

 

Look inward with the third eye of (|) — the truth is what you see.

 

7. Take Responsibility. If you ask to become a healer, be prepared for a line of sick people to show up at your door. Unless you really want to be a healer, your request will be weak and unheard, and therefore it was not a request at all. Celebrate the arrival of your desire made manifest; do not reject it as a burden. Be happy that you have this new responsibility.

 

Be responsible, and the Universe always gives you whatever you become grateful for.

 

8. Live in Gratitude. You have already been given the greatest gift of all: Life. To feel lacking in any way is to deny Life, and this restricts the flow of Divine Energy. Living in the state of constant gratitude keeps the Divine channel open. Life is not a problem but a celebration when you accept what already is. Your acceptance and gratitude for the Now opens new possibilities.

 

Surrender to this moment, and a fresh new moment appears.

 

9. Give it away.

Peace, Love, Life, Light, happiness, security, knowledge… these are the true gifts you seek. You will not know that you already have these gifts until you give them away.

 

Give your gifts and they will increase as you recognize what they are.

 

The Key, and the Open Door…

How do you interact with the Field to manifest your desires?

 

Feeling  is the key – the musical key that harmonizes and resonates with the Universal song.

 

Feeling is the key – It opens the door to Spirit, the Field. You can walk your intention through the door of feeling, and you can receive "visions" and intuition and physical things back into your world of experience through the door of feeling. There is no other way.

 

Feeling is the key — Thought alone cannot be heard by the Field; raw emotion alone is unfocused and dangerous. Focused feeling creates by "pushing" on the Field, then the field bounces back as the object of your push. You send out a song of feeling intent, and then you become Absolutely Still, then the universe echoes back your "words" so you can experience them for yourself.

 

Feeling is the key – Anything you can feel has value to you; anything you cannot feel has no value to you. Thoughts have no value in themselves — their only purpose is to focus your intent, to help bring you the feelings you want. Emotions have no value in themselves — their only purpose is to bring energy into your feelings, to empower them. Your intent combines your thought and emotion into a focused beam that enters the heart where you feel it, see it, and radiate it out and in, into the Field.

 

Feeling is the key — Feeling is the "language" the Universe speaks, it is the language of the Now, the language of Presence. Feelings are always now; thoughts and emotions are always in and about the past and the future. "Speak" with feeling and the Field hears you; "listen" in Absolute Stillness and you will feel the Field's response.

 

Feeling is the key — You are always feeling — positive feeling or negative, love or fear. These feelings create your world of experience. You can control your feeling through a disciplined process, and thus you can create the world you want to experience.

 

Feeling is the key – What you feel, you experience. What you experience is real to you. And, you can experience whatever you intend with emotion. All experience is subjective, and does not require any external source (yet, as long as we live in a physical body, within the dream of physical existence, we also experience things that seem to be outside us as real).

Where Do You Go From Here?

I will continue to amplify and explain the ideas presented here, in future writings on this site. I will also join with you in your healing process through the Members Forum, where you will be joined by many others who share your intent.

 

The more you learn about 1iZen, the more fun and useful it becomes. Of course, as I have said, you are creating this in your mind. You must create this in your own mind if it is to have any value or power to you. If you are not interested in manifesting your desires, healing or being healed, or if you are too stuck in your guilt, shame, or fear… none of this will work for you because you do not want it to work. It really is up to you.

 

Be just a little willing to have this work for you, however, and it will, because you will make it work. Here’s why:

 

 

In any situation in which you are uncertain,
the first thing to consider, very simply, is
“What do I want to come of this? What is it for?”

The clarification of the goal belongs at the beginning,
for it is this which will determine the outcome.

Without a clear-cut, positive goal, set at the outset,
the situation just seems to happen, and makes no sense
until it has already happened.

The absence of a criterion for outcome,
set in advance,
makes understanding doubtful and evaluation impossible.

The value of deciding in advance what you want to happen
is simply that you will perceive the situation as a means
to make it happen.

You will therefore make every effort to overlook
what interferes with the accomplishment of your objective,
and concentrate on everything that helps you meet it.

You are manifesting your goals all the time; your mind is designed to be a highly efficient goal-seeking mechanism. The problem is, if you do not apply conscious control, your goal-seeking mechanism will wander all over the place — because your mind is unfocused. One minute you want this, the next minute you want that, and not only are your wants too fleeting to have any ability to manifest, they are also contradictory and thus they waste your Power as you go in circles. It will literally make you sick and poor.

 

Consciousness creates whatever it sees; it creates itself. It seems to be just the opposite — that you see what is already “out there.” Science and the Masters tell us that indeed there are no “things” out there until you see them — conscious comes first. Prove it for yourself. Look for what you want, and do not look for what you do not want. See what happens then.

 

Focus on the solution always, never on the problem!
