Your "medicine" is primarily your connection with the Universal Spirit, and from that all things become your tools for healing, manifesting, and bringing happiness to others. However, if you do not activate your tools they will not work consistently for you. Yet, if you do activate your tools, they will be empowered by your loving intent and they will work miracles for you. Almost any tool you choose to use — a crystal, a subliminal MP3, a course or class or book, a pill, a mantra, or a glass of water — will work miracles for you, if you empower it.

Here is a process you can use for activating any of your healing tools; you will be surprised that EVERYTHING works, when you empower it.

Here is What I do

You may certainly modify this simple procedure in any creative way that makes it work better for you. The only thing you should not change is: use (|) and focus on the center.

Remember the promise of 1iZen: there is a Power that you can access, and It will heal you and manifest all of your loving desires, if you allow it. The Power is Love, Light, Life… and it is the Essence of all things that appear to exist. Ultimately, there is only the One Mind — that is all there is. Your mind is identical to the One Mind, it creates reality in the same way, through desire, attention, intention, and resonance.

Activating the Medicine

Let's use pills as an example.

1. Say to yourself, say to the pill, and say to the whole world, out loud… “I love you.” It is true. With these words, you are creating sacred space in which miracles can happen. It is a space of truth. Just say the words aloud, even if you do not yet feel their truth.
    
2. Hold the pill in your hand, close your eyes, take three conscious breaths, and visualize what you want it to do, with all your senses. Speak your intent aloud — actually say aloud what you want; see what you want; feel what you want — and be very specific. Speak in words of thanksgiving, as though the object of your desire is real, right now. This is an act of power, so take it seriously. Your word carries immense power.
    
3. Imagine the symbol (|) in your mind (or look at a physical print), focus on the center, and stop. Stop everything. Stop all doing. Just be. Feel the life force in your body, notice your breathing, it all happens by itself — you need do nothing to be alive and Present. You are now connecting with the Source of the healing Power, Absolute Stillness. As you become very still, Power begins to flow back and forth, through the symbol. Feel it.
    
4. Remain still and intensely present, until you feel the connection, until you feel yourself become absolutely still, present, at peace. Feel the Power, even if only briefly. And, you will feel a “Yes” come to you. If you can’t feel or hear the “yes” right away, its OK, you will as you practice. Just say “Yes” aloud, and move on to the next step. Saying "yes" is a form of gratitude.
    
5. Swallow your pill, and imagine that it now carries your presence and your intent; the pill is now empowered to be the carrier of your loving intent. Love is in the Pill, because you put it there, because you said so, and you meant it… Love goes where you send it through your intention, and Love heals.
    
6. Give thanks that your desire is already manifest, because you now see that it is already true, in your mind. Your subconscious mind will believe it too, because you have empowered your word. Every part of your mind and body now hears you say what is real for you… and so it is. What is real is that you are healed, because you say so, because you no longer see any need for suffering, because you have forgiven yourself… Your gratitude affirms the reality of your desire made real.
    
7. Now that you are healed, you have the power to heal others too. You know the way. So… Visualize others who have your old problem or illness. See them relieved. See them happy. See them released from their own guilt and suffering. Forgive them. These can be people you know or just people in general; people close or far away, people you know personally or anyone at all — but be specific if you can. In your forgiveness of others your own healing is sealed — and you are forgiven too, by your own word.
    
8. Focus only on what you want now. Forget the illness, forget the problem, forget all that was in your way. Simply focus now on what you want as if it is real, feel it deeply, and allow the Power to move through you, spontaneously.
    
9. Say “It is done!” …and mean it. You have activated the pill by your word, your vision, your intent, and your Love. You have connected with the Source of all things — Absolute Stillness — and that Sources gives you what you ask because your are Loved beyond measure…

Practice

With practice, this simple ritual can be very quick, and it gets more effective each time you do it — because your subconscious mind accepts whatever you repeat with conviction. Your deep subconscious mind lives in a state of perfect  stillness, and is always in communication with the One Mind of Absolute Stillness. Now you have made that connection function according to your conscious intent.

I imagine you can see many ways you can apply this process, or a modified version of it. Please keep the basic principles in mind, and then create your own healing ritual.
